Woolworths is planning a new Development on Botany Road

We want to provide a convenient place for you to enjoy

We are planning to transform an existing site along Botany Road, currently occupied by light industrial and warehouse buildings, into a vibrant and multi-functional hub. Our vision is to create a space that enhances the shopping and lifestyle experience for the local Botany community.

A fresh, mixed use hub

If approved, this development will provide a full line Woolworths supermarket with a convenient Direct to Boot service.

Beyond your everyday grocery needs, the ground floor will also host a selection of complementary retailers and service providers.

Level 1 will provide smaller warehouse units for the use of local businesses, these may include small offices, studios or bespoke activities.

More than just a supermarket

This development is designed to bring greater convenience and choice to Botany, creating a modern and enjoyable hub for shopping, working, and leisure. Our plan includes:

  • A Woolworths supermarket with convenient Direct to Boot service and a BWS.
  • A modern two-storey urban design.
  • Convenient undercover basement car parks.
  • Light industrial strata units with mezzanine offices and parking.
  • Complimentary retail and service businesses.
